Dar Abu Abdullah was established under the leadership of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein to honor the legacy of His Majesty the late King Hussein Bin Talal, whose conviction that the individual is a nation's greatest asset continues to firmly guide its mission. As a non-governmental, non-profit institution, Dar Abu Abdullah works to address the root causes of food insecurity and expand pathways toward economic self-reliance. Its mandate centers on enabling individuals to sustain their livelihoods through long-term development efforts that foster resilience and economic empowerment.
Our models extend beyond business practice.They reflect a mission. Dar Abu Abdullah works with individuals from the most vulnerable communities in Jordan, with a strong focus on women, youth, and persons living with disabilities (PLWD). and global markets.
50% of our beneficiaries are women, equipped with entrepreneurial, financial literacy, and leadership skills.
